Customers must e-mail our service department within 5 days of delivery to return an item.
Misuse or used items will not be accepted for return. Only defective or misboxed items will be accepted for return.
All items must be returned with all original packaging.
Shipping costs must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
A replacement item or store credit will only be issued on returns.
If item is damaged during shipping, you must save ALL packaging material in the condition received and contact us within 24 hours.
Once you notify us we will begin the claim process with the shipping company. Once the shipping company has processed the claim, we will reship your replacement item or issue a store credit.
A 20% restocking fee may apply.
